SHIPPING POLICY

COLLECTION


Collection is welcome from our workshop located outside Henley-on-Thames.

DELIVERY

Shipping prices differ depended on location. There is a £6 charge is the delivery deposit only. The remainder of the cost is to be paid to the courier in cash upon delivery. Please contact me with your postcode for a delivery quote. 
 

All items are well packaged to protect them during transit. We strongly advise customers to unwrap and check items upon delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

 

If your item arrives damaged upon delivery, please contact us at the earliest opportunity. We strongly advise customers to unwrap and check items upon delivery. If the item arrives damaged then please refuse delivery and contact us as soon as possible. 

If you have simply had a change of mind about your item then you have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

REFUNDS

Items are non-refundable unless there is significant issue with the item as pictured or described.  Items damaged in transit will of course be refunded in full as will the delivery costs.  Items damaged after delivery is accepted cannot be returned although we will endeavour to fix at a reasonable cost if requested. 

 

SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item*. Shipping costs are non­ refundable. 

*The only exception to this is if the item is damaged during transit.
